The INSTALL file mentions httpd-2.0.42 in the prerequisites section,
but in the "Building a Server" section it only talks about downloading
current from CVS.

httpd-2.0.42 and 2.0.43 do contain too old apr-util. If you replace
the old apr-util in 2.0.43 with the current CVS version of apr-util,
you cannot build httpd anymore.
