Hmm, that wouldn't already be in the svn tree, now would it :) Why

Yes. Why not? The server is already web ready. Why not add more
stuff to it instead of strapping on these extra CGIs. Now I know
the case can be made where does it stop, but this looks like a pretty
easy one.
