Actually, I'd better just let the actual authors take care of generating
text. As Ben pointed out to me, there's a lot more involved than just
adding content. I'm just happy to be able to watch this book take shape
in a public forum, and to point out the occassional spelling mistake.
And there are many other docs to be maintained [rubbing hands together
in anticipation]
