Subversion has been self-hosting for over a year, and many people are
using it. It's in the middle of a long march to Beta and 1.0, mostly
bug fixing for the next few months. A number of folks have started using it.

I wrote an article about Subversion for Linux Journal last year
(should I mention the competition?!), which is here:

That said, I'm also busy collaborating on an O'Reilly book about
Subversion. This pretty much marks me as "too busy to write any more
articles."

I think is this a *great* opportunity for someone else in our community
to do some writing (and project promotion).

Who's gonna do it? Step forward!
