actually i noticed that after i committed the change, and looked around
libsvn_wc and found a bunch of other places using enum svn_node_kind
instead of svn_node_kind_t. if there's a consensus that we use the
typedef, i'll make a sweep and convert them all, i just haven't had a
chance yet.
