new PATCH issues filed

I won't be able to do all the outstanding patches, unfortunately;
testing each one takes a while. So for those I'm not committing
myself, I'm filing `PATCH' issues instead. There are five so far:

   884: Scott Lamb's patch for library version number in svn_version
   882: William Uther's patch to fix test suite error reportage
   885: MBK's patch to add --ignore & related config option
   883: William Uther's patch for log_tests.py empty repos test
   881: Daniele Nicolodi's ./configure --enable-all-static patch

(There will probably be a few more added later).

Committers, please jump on any that grab your fancy :-). Just mark as
`started' so people know.
