Huh? That shouldn't be necessary, I build mod_dav_svn.so all the time.

Oh, you said you were using VC5, not 6, right? It's quite possible that
DevStudio from that release isn't smart enough about the project files.

It would be very nice if you could run the standard tests (win-tests.py)
and report the results to svn-breakage.
