Here's what happened after I created a blank repository and
tried to view it with apache. It says this in the error.log:

[Sun Aug 25 15:59:53 2002] [error] [client 68.102.215.34] Could not fetch resource information. [500, #0]
[Sun Aug 25 15:59:53 2002] [error] [client 68.102.215.34] Could not open the SVN filesystem at C:\svnrepos\drew [500, #165005]
[Sun Aug 25 15:59:53 2002] [error] [client 68.102.215.34] Expected version '1' of repository; found no version at all; is `C:\svnrepos\drew' a valid repository path? [500, #165005]

It didn't give me any additional info. Also, I don't know why the
mod_dav_svn.so I built is 825 kb, the other one was a lot smaller.

I suppose I could do that...
