ANN: svn-0.14.2-r3033-setup.exe ready for aprovement

Hi,

I have just uploaded svn-0.14.0-r2804-setup.exe as a suggested file at
the Subversion File Sharing site.

News:
  * Upgraded to the Subversion contents of svn-win32-r3033.zip found
    on the
    Subversion home page
  * The main documentation are in HTML help (users can still choose
    to install ordinary HTML format)
  * The registery values for the subversion path are changed to the
    more standard path:
    HKCU|HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Paths
