I seem to remember hearing that one of the recent Apache cvs problems has
involved the pipelining code. Pipelining is a HTTP/1.1 only feature I
believe. So perhaps we should make sure its not related to the recent
Apache problem before blaming MS.
After we're sure I'll help you complain about MS though :)
