Wow, I totally missed that KB reference! Thanks for pointing it out again.
Drew, would you care to try the fix suggested in that article? It seems to be a
bit of a hassle, so I'll understand if you'd prefer to wait for the service
pack. But it would be really, really nice if we knew whether this is the problem
or not. If it is, I guess we'll have to add a link to that KB in our FAQ, too.
