$ svn help cleanup
cleanup: Recursively clean up the working copy, removing locks, resuming
unfinished operations, etc.
usage: svn cleanup [TARGETS]

> $ pwd
> /wc/trunk/html/a/attach
> $ svn ci -m ""
> svn: Attempted to lock an already-locked dir
> svn: working copy locked: /wc/trunk/html/a/history
