No, "svn blame" would much more immediately helpful, for people who
want to find out what was the last commit to touch a given line (which
is what "cvs annotate" is usually used for). So I don't think you
should rename the script.

But you might want to note in the "svn blame" issue that people can
use this script to discover that information, just involves a little
more work for the user.
