Apache server breakage

From: Blair Zajac <blair_at_orcaware.com>

I just upgraded from svn/apache rev 2866 to rev 2900 with today's
apr/apr-util/httpd HEAD on a RedHat 7.3 box. Trying to browse the
repository with IE I get a 404 for a URL that worked with 2866:

[Tue Aug 06 11:36:00 2002] [error] [client A.B.C.D] File does not exist: /export/home2/svn/public_html/0repos

It appears that a `0' is being added on all requested URLs.

Even worse, going to the home URL also breaks, where the directory
is just a standard directory with a index.html file.

[Tue Aug 06 11:37:12 2002] [error] [client A.B.C.D] File does not exist:
/export/home2/svn/public_html/0

I'm thinking its a Apache problem.

Best,
Blair
