Aha. That clarifies the issue. I understand now. However, just this
weekend I was trying to build the NEON from anon CVS and couldn't get it
to build correctly, but the distribution neon.tar.gz file would build
correctly. I gave up and went back to the neon.tar.gz file to do the
build.
