Will this require a vote? It appears at least 3 people have encountered
this as either a problem or a point of confusion.
+1 for patching the INSTALL file so that either (a) 2.53 is listed as
required to build subversion, or (b) 2.50 is left as a requirement but
sentances are added to the effect that depending on the means of
acquisition, APR requires 2.52 (I think? someone check me on this) and
Neon requires 2.53.
I hope (b) would be acceptable to the "precise requirements" group.
