synchronizing 2 svn repositories

hi!

is it somehow possible to synchronize 2 svn
repositories? i read that it might work with "svn cp",
but it is not obvious to me how to do it ...

can you have:
- wc1, from rep1
- wc2, from rep2
and somehow do a svn cp wc1 wc2?
