Just a reminder:

"Post-1.0" does not mean the issue cannot be fixed before 1.0.
Patches are still welcome, and will be reviewed and applied if they
look good!

The "Post-1.0" designation just means that this issue doesn't have to
be resolved for us to call a release Subversion 1.0.

(It also impies that the full-time developers will be unlikely to
tackle it themselves before 1.0. But sometimes we've gotten squirrely
and resolved issues before their milestones, so you never know.)

Anyway, the full-time developers are not nearly the only people
reviewing and applying patches, so if you've got one for this issue,
send it in.
