I didn't see any complaining in Arkadiusz's mail. He asked a
reasonable question: "Okay, then, what to do if my post gets ignored?"
I think you're projecting a complaining tone onto it, but in fact none
was there.

We may or may not have a satisfactory answer for him, but he shouldn't
be punished for asking the question :-).

Btw, I agreed with your answer, which is to post again a couple of
times before trying something more drastic.
