Hi Philip,

The --url option isn't what I'm thinking about. I was thinking of
using a central location, so that a regression test could be written.
Is this being done currently?

The reason for this is that all our regression tests appear to default
to using ra_local, which isn't useful for ra_dav related bugs.

It's probably just a whim of mine, and I shouldn't worry.
