And what about when email to this list is ignored (or nobody is willing
to resolve issue) even when the problem is real? I'm talking about
,,ra_load and wrong loads'' email.

It's easy to get rid of problem with simple but horrible hack but
*the right way* (tm) is better. Unfortunately no one is willing
to tell me which is the right way and I don't even try to create
patch in such case.
