issue 663 - simpler example

I just ran into issue 663, with a simpler case. I'd forgotten to make
post-commit executable. svn coredumped, and the repository required a
db_recover. I think this happens any time post-commit errors out, maybe
other hookscripts as well.

Incidentally, can non-developers enter comments into the issue tracker?
I don't see any way to do this, seemed odd.
