Ooops, turns out I didn't file that task -- Zack Weinberg did. I
won't remove it then; was only going to do that thinking I had filed
it in the first place.

Zack, do you still want it, after lots of exposure to "svn log"
output? In the meantime, I've annotated the issue with some pointers
to code an implementor could swipe.
