well, karl has a 'bite sized task' for making a script to produce GNU
style ChangeLog's automatically from svn log output, so i figure
eventually someone who cares enough will get bored and write one.
personally, i don't see the point, as 'svn log' is more than adequate,
but hey, if someone wants to write it...

but really, i was playing with some bash autocomplete stuff, and i was
tired of seeing 'make <tab>' list the ChangeLog targets, and since they
didn't seem all that necessary anymore, i axed them ;-)
