Yeah. The only point of such a script would be to trivially reformat
the "svn log" output to look more like GNU ChangeLog. The main thing
that cvs2cl does (collect the revisions) is already done for free in
svn.

I think I'm going to remove that bite-sized task. It's just clutter,
and it's not needed until someone says they want it.
