I recently had a problem with the Recycle Bin stalling, and it turned-out
that I had once made a file association to an application which was on
another machine on the LAN. After this *other* machine was rebuilt, I kept
having stalls in the Recycle Bin. Using Ethereal revealed what the machine
was trying to do, and I was able to eradicate the association.

I don't think there is a general problem with TSVN causing recycle-bin
problems, and I don't think there's any significant amount of code shared
between TCVS and TSVN nowadays.

Tools (both free) I would use to try and work out what's happening are
Ethereal, to see if there's network activity, and Filemon, to see if
there's any disk activity.
