Does this string need to be translated anyway? If I see a message which
says "Insufficient memory", then I can guess that maybe I need to exit
some other apps, or install more memory. If I get a message saying
"Assertion failed" there is nothing I can usefully do except contact the
programmer, and in that case the user does not need to understand the
message, just report it. I think "Failed to create DC" falls into this
category.
