Since you weren't able to pinpoint what you were doing when this occurred or how to reproduce it, it seems unlikely that anyone here will be able to help you. But maybe someone has seen the error before and can give you some suggestions.

You could also search Google generally or the mailing list archives specifically for the error message "assertion failed (svn_dirent_is_absolute(local_abspath))" and see if any of the results lead you to a solution. If you find out what the problem was, please let us know.
