SVN server ( (28)No space left on device: AH00023: Couldn't create the watchdog-callback mutex )

Hi Team,

Sometimes our SVN servers is going down and if we verify the logs we are seeing below issue. But server has enough space.

Can someone please help us in resolving the issue.
