OTOH, it would be a great feature for core svn as well :-). It was on
the whiteboard of interesting ideas during last years hackathon in
Berlin:

However, AFAIK noone is actively working on this (contributions
welcome of course), so it looks like a good idea to follow Daniel's
suggestion and ask on the TortoiseSVN list as well ...
