I have emailed Philip and Lieven directly with the network trace file as it's a bit big (600-odd K) for a mailing list.

Attached for general amusement and delectation is the relevant portion of our Apache access log for a repeat test I did this morning (Australian Eastern Standard Time). The testing did not touch our Apache error log.
