I do see a page following that link. Perhaps it has already been fixed?

If the link still has problems, please feel free to go ahead and file an
issue in the book's issue tracker: http://code.google.com/p/svnbook/issues/list

I'm not sure if there is an active translation effort for Japanese,
though. Judging from recent commits made to the book, the only
translation being currently worked on is German. You are of course
welcome to fix that and help out with the Japanese version :)
