If you consider Windows as a possible platform for your Subversion
server then it makes sense to try VisualSVN Server:
http://www.visualsvn.com/server/ You will be astonished how easy it
was to setup and maintain VisualSVN Server. See Getting Started guide
at http://www.visualsvn.com/server/getting-started/

Standard Edition is free however if you need enterprise features such
as Single Sign-On, Remote Administration, etc you can always upgrade
to paid Enterprise Edition.

Thank you!
