SVN Admin verify is showing an error called Can't read end of file.

"You" changed something and now get errors, therefore you are the only one who can resolve your issues, we can only provide some hints. Some of those are to check permissions, availibility of the storage underneath the repos, checking the repos with error using svnadmin verify, using Prosess Monitor to filesystem access during accessing the problematic repos by the clients etc.
