SVN error while committing

I am facing a the below error while commiting.

Please help me ASAP.

Commit failed (details follow) :
Server sent unexpected return value (423 locked) in response to DELETE request
For'/svn/ORXXXX/!svn/wrk/process/xyz.xls'
