Can't set position pointer in file

I've been using the os400 port of Subversion for a very long time. I put on OS updates over the weekend, and now I'm receiving this error on both Subclipse and svnkit.jar:
svn: Can't set position pointer in file '/Subversion/repositories/iSeries/db/revs/1647': The value specified for the argument is not correct.

That appears to be the last revision checked in before the updates. Every reference I can find to that error points to a corrupted revision. I restored the prior backup and I got the same message pointing to the last revision from the prior day.

I checked the os400 mailing list, but it seems to be long dead. I know it's a long shot, but I was hoping someone here might have some insight.
