Well, there's a lot of your problem, right there. 2003 is seriously
out of date, and you seem to have trail of requirements, such as
WebSVN, any one of which may create integration problems. Having to
mix and match and merge these is when and why you can call of of the
commercial support companies, such as CollabNet or WanDisco, to help
get the whole thing integrated for you.
