issues ON SSL handshake failed

Hi team ,
I am accessing the repository from a remote location to an internet server but it gives me following error

OPTIONS of https://hostname.company_name.com/svn/ORXXXX; SSL Handshake failed : SSL Error : unknown Protocol(https://hostname.company_name.com)
