Any significant memory usage impact with Subversion 1.7 client?

I have been asked whether the use of a SQLite-backed database in the svn 1.7 client will increase the memory usage of the client significantly. We are wondering whether the client has to load the entire database into memory.

Can anyone comment on this please?
