Are you going through a proxy server?
What happens if you execute the exact same command twice in a row?

We go through a proxy, and when I want to download the latest copy of Subclipse I issue the command:
"svn export --username guest http://subclipse.tigris.org/svn/subclipse/trunk/www/update_1.6.x"
...and I also get the same "svn: Repository moved temporarily..." response.

But, if I issue the exact same command again, it works fine. (And will continue to work until I reboot.)
My guess would be that the proxy is sending back a response that the Subversion client doesn't quite know how to handle correctly...
