Thanks for the link. I'll take a look at it. Something like Fisheye
may be the best way to go. I need to see what might be available in
the open source world. That might be cleaner and easier than some roll
your own setup.

It just occurred to me that this is a bit unique. This isn't a
developer saying what they're watching. It's their manager saying
"You're watching these files!". That's pretty unique.
