The answer is yes in the sense that you can do a "save as" from within
Outlook and all the functionality of TortoiseSVN will be available to
you from within that message box. Saving and then adding the saved file
would be a two step process though (first you'd have to save the file,
then open a new window to add and commit the file to the svn server), so
it's likely to be a little clunky.
