"svn switch" and Subversion properties

Hello,

I have the following problem:

If I switch my working copy from the trunk to another branch or tag,
Subversion properties (e.g. $URL$, …) won’t be updated.

(Of course, If I check out the branch or tag completely new, files
with Subversion properties have the right values.)

I tried yesterday the latest revision (884224) from the trunk and used
the command line client (svnadmin and svn).

Is this a bug or a feature?
