svn diff with unchanged filesize

From: getagrip <getagrip_at_web.de>

I have a truecrypt-volume in my repository, but "svn status" or "svn
diff" never show any differences no matter what changes I make to the
mounted volume in my working copy.
This leads to the assumption that svn only diffs if the filesize is
different. The filesize of a truecrypt-container does not change so
there will never be a difference detected in any working copy although
the binary content changes over time.

This means I can either version my files in plaintext OR encrypt them in
a truecrypt container. How about both?
