Sorry, I wasn't very clear.

Normally, I would add myself to the mailing list by sending an email to users-subscribe_at_subversion.tigris.org

What I was trying to figure out was how to add a group to that same mailing list?

In your own repository? Create a hook script which sends an email to the appropriate address(es) when the actions you want notification on happen.
