alien -i CollabNetSubversion-client-1.6.6-1.x86_64.rpm

After its done, there is no 'svn' to execute

The program 'svn' is currently not installed. You can install it by typing:
apt-get install subversion
bash: svn: command not found
root_at_core:/home/pfarrell/incomming# collabnetsubversion-client
bash: collabnetsubversion-client: command not found

Nor is there a collabnetsubversion-client that I can just softlink to svn

The /var/log/dpkg.log says
2009-11-09 14:58:18 status installed collabnetsubversion-client 1.6.6-2

Clearly I'm missing something basic.
