detect-merge-conflicts on windows

1.I am looking detect-merge-conflicts.sh for windows batch.Is there anyone
can help?
2.I would like to write some hooks script but I can't get any log from
use DOS output >> it would success but can't find log file
3.I use hooks and call my C# application,it always shows Commit blocked by
pre-commit hook (exit code 1) with no output.
how can I call my custom apps?
