Any hints? Your use of "probably" is a bit unsettling. Clearly I could
do something like move it to a whole new project, then recreate the
project with the new structure, and move it back.

Not sure if that works with SVN, but its how I do similar stuff in general

That depends on what a project is defined as. The old what the
definition of "is" is.

The idea is that FNFlib is common libraries, business objects, bindings
to DBMS, etc. and the FNFapp is the first generation web application.
Later there could be an FNFiphone and an FNFandroid or FNFcloud

I have never figured out what the PHB will want next, even when I was
the PHB.
