Are there multiple files in clas/trunk/simulation/generators/aao/allk
whose names differ only in case -- allk.F and allk.f for example?

If that's not it, have you tried the current version of Subversion,
1.6.5? Subversion 1.4.x and earlier are not supported anymore.
