Subject: Pls clear me this issue.

Hi,

I have a problem while commiting the files into SVN.
Developers are not properly giving the commitng messages while commiting a file into SVN with empty commit messages they are ommiting hte files.
I want to restrict the commit operation if the commit message is empty.
Can i do it. If sop, how can i. Is there any variable which stores the value of the commit message.
Please give me your valuable suggestions on the my problem.
Thanks in Advance.

Regards
Sailaja.
